true cold air intake?

    is their a true cold air intake made for tundras,, if am not mistaken a true cold air intakes is outside of the engine bay not inside like trd a afe k&n and so on,

    Yes. You already have one if you still have the stock one that came with your truck. It draws air from the wheel well. If you want to improve upon it, get yourself a 60 dollar afe dry drop in filter and call it a day.

    Back from the dead this thread is...:laser:

    The accelerator most will say is a very small improvement. Probably not greatly noticeable but that didn't stop me from getting it with the AFE drop in dry filter. It does draw in more air from the fender cavity. While most aftermarket CAIs are pointless, most will recommend the SABM or there's also the Stillen CAI that draw extra airflow from the grille as well as the fender.

    Honestly I’m not sure. My truck is tuned and has dual cat back with an x pipe. So it runs pretty well for an 11 year old truck!

    Probably not worth it at that point! That’s great to hear. Mine is running really well for being a 2010!
