Trouble with parts

My wife was in an accident in my lovely truck on Dec 22nd. Jack hole ran a red light and she broadsided him. It’s been in the shop for 5-6 weeks now. The body shop can’t find the center valance of the front bumper (either painted or not). Is there anyone here that can help me locate one of these babies? I’ve been in a damn rental for weeks and it sucks. Thx

 

Here is the damage. Low speed impact and minimal damage. At least IHacker’s wiring harness wasn’t damaged. And I talked the body shop into all painted parts so no more chrome!!!!

 

I have an entire bumper for sale if you’re local to me.

The valance you have in the picture is part number 53911-0C050, which is currently on back order. I've got 3 on order myself for stock and customers and the current ETA is 2/23. Thing is, you can't really put any stock into these ETAs any more. Toyota has been constantly changing them on us. Heavy emphasis on the Estimated part.

Not sure where you're located, but tell your shop they may have better luck ordering part number 53911-0C070 or 53911-0C090. Both of these are the painted version of the center valance that comes on the 1794 models. There are still a few showing to be available at certain distribution centers across the country. They can paint them to match as well, if that's the goal.

 

The plastic valance? Got one in my garage PM to negotiate a price if you wish.

 

Thanks Roman. I’m located in southwest AZ. The body shop has tried both painted and the black plastic part to no avail. I just sent them your response. Hopefully something happens. It’s going on almost 2 months and boating season is coming!!!!

 

This is all be handled by insurance or I would reach out. Where are you located just in case??

Parts miraculously showed up today at the shop. Should have a new TRD Pro no chrome look truck back in my garage in a couple days. Thank God!!!!
