Just bought a front TRD sway bar but it got beat up by FedEx a little bit, does anyone know what the red is that they use to paint these bars?

Chris Dupli-color should come pretty close. I used red plasta dip on my tow hooks and it was pretty close. If you can't locate a paint, then I would recommend the plasta dip. Once done you can put a glossifier on it to shine it up if you need to.

Did you sand them first? How well does it stick to metal? I’ve done my emblems black. Want to do my tow hooks red. Debating painting or plasti dip

Your tow hooks are a working tool on your truck, don't plasti-dip them. Even if you don't use them for recovery, it's just wrong. They get beat up on gravel roads and camping too, trust me.

If you want them red, paint them. It's a 20 minute job.
