At first before I've done the retrofit, I didn't think it would like nice. Now that it's finished, it looks much better than I thought and I'm expecting it to look amazing on the truck
. I will post pictures of it on his truck when he receive the lights and install.

Yes sir! Any projector will still allow for the leveling function to still work.

Unfortunately I wont be doing any tutorials. Everyone retrofit is different therefore the process will be different. Theres alot of projectors to choose from and lots of options so one single tutorial wont suffice! And like stated above, can't expose my secrets lol :stirthepot:. But Im more than happy to give advice if you decide to tackle the project yourself.

Man, I've been looking at your work and it looks like you really do a quality job. Very talented. Do these lights ever have any problem with dust inside or paint baking from the lights heat?

I blow out any dust that accumulated inside during the retrofit process before sealing. Once sealed, no dust will get inside. I use High heat Primer/paint so no paint will melt from the HID's or LED's.

If you feel comfortable tackling the job yourself then why not! But you can definitely damage your lights easily especially if you have no experience retrofitting. One single mistake might cost you another light!

You can find high heat primer just about anywhere. I order all of my color match paint from automotivetouchups.com That are not "high heat resistant", but their paint can withstand temperatures up to 250 degrees F. I use high heat primers that withstand up to 2000 F. Though lights wont even reach temperatures up to 250 degrees, I like to use that as a precaution to ensure no paint will melt. Automotivetouchups.com have high quality paint and they color match 100% perfectly to OEM.
