    I've got a black 202 Pro grille, it's on EBay. No hood bulge though. If anyone is interested, but be forewarned it's pricey due to availability of them. Brand new, opened box to take pics.

    I just got an email notification that my grill/bulge was shipped! Ordered from Roman/TOCS. I think it's been about 3 weeks. Color is quicksand.:D

    Yep, Quicksand has been leaking in fairly well. I need the black ones to come in, so I can bog down my body shop with paint requests. :D

    I'm so glad I got my Grille when they first became available, problem is I put my Grille on my Chrome surround now I'm in process of painting the Black surround Radiant Red as of course it's not available in that color. Currently waiting for paint cans to arrive then paint them, since cheapest quote I got from a body shop is $400. to spray & clear it.

    I got my Black 202 Grille and Bulge from my local dealership this week. They had several in stock. My friend also got one in White from his local dealership in New Jersey, where he said they have several in stock. Looks like Toyota is releasing a lot now - will drive down the Ebay opportunists.

    I'll give them until the end of the week then I'll file a claim with UPS and open a dispute with Paypal...... I was billed & paid for something I did not receive

    I have already filed a claim with UPS. That's how the investigation was started. I filed it the day I was notified that the package was lost, actually within the same hour. UPS informed me that they were contacting you to let you know this while I was on the phone with them. Lost package/damage claims can take 7-10 business days per UPS guidelines. https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/delivery-issues/lost-package.page

    I'm not really sure what else I can do at this point. If they find it, they will get the parts to you asap. If not, they will pay for the parts and I will either refund or order and send you a new one. It sucks when this kind of thing happens, but this is UPS's fault.

    I appreciate your help Roman and I realize this is not directly your fault, I was not calling you out on it.

    However, the responsibility falls on ToCS and/or UPS. The documentation I have says that the shipping label was created but it had not been picked up. So from my point of view either it was never shipped by ToCS or more than likely, UPS lost the package through negligence, either way I have paid for something I have not received. I'll wait a bit longer but I do not have very much patience for these sorts of thing, either a grill or refund (including S&H) will suffice.

    The surround is almost always part of the grille for 3rd gens. You can't order just the center insert. People have have swapped the Pro insert into other grille surrounds though. The hood bulge is a separate part that's not usually included when they say, "grille."

    They most definitely picked the part up because it is not here. They picked it up along with the other box in your shipment, which has been delivered. What I find weird, is if you look at the shipment progress of the other package, it's screwed up as well.

    It shows it was delivered on 7/20, then somehow ends up in OH 4 hours later, then in Wyoming, MI and delivered the next day. Obviously, they are doing something wrong with this shipment, given this tracking information. Also, the current tracking information for the grille is not showing correctly because of the investigation. It shows that it is in Muskegon, MI and they are attempting to find it.

    I know it's frustrating because I've dealt with this before myself, but there is nothing else I can do right now, short of driving to it's last known location and looking for it myself. Once they finish their investigation, they will either have found it and delivered it, or they will pay for their mistake and I can either send you full refund or order up another one. I'm surprised I even got one in given the time frame Toyota has given me for an ETA on Pro grilles. Either way, I'm on top of it, and will be until it is resolved.

    Only when dealing with the Pro grille.. 3rd gen Grille are usually just the center..

    UPS can be screwy at times. Last week I had a package set for a business I was expecting and they said they could not locate said address.

    The next day it arrived somehow. Thanks for taking the time to look into the issue above, @Roman! Customer service is always on par with you guys!

    That is strange indeed, I'm sending a neighbor to my house to see if anything has shown up since I was last there. I'm relying on the tracking info but it is possible. I left Friday afternoon around 3-4pm and only had the bumper caps. I'm away on business and won't be home again until next Wed at the earliest.

    My lost grill finally arrived, must have been delivered sometime between last Sat to last Wed. I had a neighbor go check and it was there so she put it in the house for me. I called Roman last Wed to let him know "something" was delivered but I didn't see it until I got home today. Strange part is UPS is still searching for the lost package.....lol

    Hey Roman, looking to purchase a 2017 TRD OR or TSS in white. Can you still order grilles? If so what would approximate ETA be? That nasty chrome has to go. I am concerned with Toyota doing the PRO serial number required

    Placed my order last night. Got the email this morning stating that they were on backorder and estimating 6-10 weeks before they can get more. Not sure if that means I could get mine in 6-10 weeks or they will just get some in 6-10

    thanks Roman, the quicker I can get rid of the ugly chrome the happier I will be. I started to order a month ago but was not sure I was going to buy until last week. Funny thing is even with the big rebates pricing is no better than the quotes I got last fall. I think dealers adjust their mark ups according to the rebate.

    Since you do not have a Pro color I believe you are going to have to paint the bulge and grille surround to match. In that case just order the grille. I thought about painting my bulge then I thought "what the heck I just spent thousands what's a couple of hundred more"?
