I'm having a little issue getting my pro grill to line up properly. All the clips seem to have popped in and the bolts on top line up properly but the driver side clip is not lining up while the passenger is right where it is supposed to be. The grill looks good but the gap between the grill and hood on the passenger is way bigger than the driver side. Should I pull the bulge and grill off and start over or take it to dealership or is this one of the all tundras are a little different and deal with it thing?

I had no issues with the alignment and fitment of the pro grill on my 14' SR5. Where did you get the grill?

If the original grill lined up properly with the clips and the gaps are even, then I'd contact Sparks. I had zero issues with mine, everything lined up perfectly. The mounting points on these trucks are all the same and all these grills should fit perfectly.

Hmm both those gaps look a little janky to me. I would pop it all of and make sure the clips/posts really are all seated properly and not bent before going through the process of trying to get a replacement. Sometimes they can get bent and feel like they're attached without engaging the way they are supposed to. My Pro grille swap was simple and fit like a glove. Good luck.

Did you ever figure this out? Mine looks a little off too...compare these 2 pics, the first one is perfect, the second one is a little off. @Roman did I do something wrong?

I'm not really sure. I haven't had any issues with the Pro grilles, or any other OEM grille, lining up properly. We've installed and shipped out hundreds of them and this is the first I'm hearing any issues. :notsure:

Not sure what's going on with my install...took the grille off, then took the hood bulge off, it still looks misaligned...any other ideas? Could it be the hood bulge bent to far to the right? FF8C7041-7B67-4E86-A79E-3C27469B8243.jpg00662780-F0C9-41DB-994D-CFF695DC0C63.jpg

It could be the hood bulge. It's hard to tell from the picture and not having the truck right here in front of me, but it definitely could be one or the other or possibly both.

On a few of the videos I watch, they say to make sure you pull the clips off the truck and reseat them into the grill / bulge if you try and install with them still in the truck you will have problems. I would pull it off and check all the clips, mine went on just fine and did it just a couple weeks ago.

Which clips are you referring to?

I kept trying to adjust anything I could and it’s still off.

There really isn't any adjustment if you line it up when you pop the clips on thats where it should be check out this video I think about 1:20 it shows the clips

There’s a rubber piece on each side inside the engine bay right above the headlight that twist up and down gives the hood position a little adjustment.
