Does anyone have the full part list with part numbers for the lift kit? Someone posted it on here and have been trying to find it. Thanks!

Out of 4 dealers in my area only one got back to me that was willing to do an install. Quoted me $3k in labor :( I guess I’ll be going a different route.

I was charged $1980 for install and I had them skip step #5 (removal of fog lights per state law).

@Maharisc I was out of the country when mine was installed. I'm glad the parts manager caught the fog light removal step and told them not to do it. His exact words were "who the FUCK wants to delete their fog lights?" Hahah

Now that's a good Parts Manager...
I was out of state for the week, Service Manager contacted me via SMS asking about removing them, 3 different times. Each time I told him NO!, and the comments in the work order should state that as well.
Nope, it states I removed the Fog Lights and Air Dam - funny as that is half right. Just shows, they didn't listen.

How much did you dealership charge for the install? My local dealership is quoting 3k for the installation.

I got your price $1980. You must a good negotiator. I am going to work them down from the 3k they quoted.

    Looks great!

How's the ride with the Trd lift kit?
Do you know if it affects the payload? I'm looking to add camper shell and lots of tools for my truck, and was hoping to get stiffer rear end that can handle the payload better.

The ride is amazing. Better than stock by a long shot. Not sure on the payload though. I tow with mine too, so it would be worth it to check

I agree, the ride is better, softer... Ran over a curb pulling in to gas station, other vehicle pulling out was more in the center, the bump up over curb was minuet, not very harsh at all.
MGM and TRD Lifts seems to be a thing.

Got the official quote today from my dealer on this. $3,995 MSRP for the lift. And $908 - $1100 for the labor. I told her I was fine with the labor as that doesn’t look too bad compared to others. But asked if they could match online price for the lift itself at close to $2,300. Still waiting to hear back…

Yeah my dealer (west side of you) refused to go lower than MSRP also so I didn’t even ask them about install price.

I do know that they would install the part if I got it from elsewhere though as I had them do that before on other OEM parts so when I can get a kit close by that doesn’t cost me an arm/leg on shipping (like Sparks is asking) I will check back with them on the install.

all my other close-by parts.Toyota participating dealers couldn’t get the kit as of 2 weeks ago due to stop sale, etc

I was quoted the same thing for install until they found out it was a full suspension versus spacer lift. I would make sure to confirm that because it was at least 20hrs of labor. Skipping out the fog light step.

Who has found the best online pricing for the TRD lift kit so far? Looking to bring that pricing to my local dealer this week to see if they will match, and then also get a quote on the labor from them

Why is it on stop sale ? Is something wrong with this Trd suspension? That's why they stop selling it?

Dealer here told me they only will sell at MSRP, and if I get it through them labor is $90/hr and it's 12hours of work. Said if I order the kit elsewhere, they charge $160/hr and won't warranty it. Really bugs me I can't get it online for $2461, then have them install it with a warranty.

Kind of hard to fault the dealer there. Should blame Toyota. Toyota should honor any warranty on this kit as long as it's installed at a Toyota dealer in my opinion. The dealer shouldn't have to do that for them when you are saving money buying elsewhere. I don't fault you for doing that, or the dealer. Toyota engineers and manufactures this kit, they should be the one standing behind it.

That's a good point. So if I did buy the kit elsewhere and then have my local dealer install it, if I buy the extended Toyota warranty, that wouldn't help cover it right?

Correct, as far as I've seen and read, Toyota is in no way offering this warranty direct to the consumer. The warranty is provided to the resale dealer/installer only. Maybe someone else has experienced otherwise.

If Toyota sold the kit without the springs, shocks and rear spacers, the geometry correcting they’ve done is nice. Installed one so far, alignment numbers are easy to get perfect and the drive is better than stock. The shocks work well. But they’re not beefy like you’d expect. True offroad I imagine they’ll overheat fast. And the rear lift works? But proper springs would really be nice

put some nice 2.5” body shocks and I bet it’s wondeful

Yeah when I first heard about the kit and read the contents I was expecting like a beefy factory mid travel setup. What actually came out is somewhat lackluster, especially the rear.
