Can someone direct me where to order this thing? Everywhere I search the part numbers posted in here, it just shows up as the single black exhaust tip.

Part number is PT226-34220-02. I think most dealer sites incorrectly use the same picture of the exhaust tip PT932-34221-02

Has anyone figured out how to make the exhaust work with the power step?

@Alex261 currently it rattles a bit. However I’m in search at my trip to Home Depot this morning for a solution.

I heated with a torch and dimpled it with a ball peen hammer. It took a couple tries to get enough clearance since the exhaust grows a bit when it's hot. The key was getting enough clearance so the step would extend with the exhaust hot and engine running. If the step touches anything it won't extend.

So does it not touch now? I figured denting the pipe would be the solution

It does not touch. Here's a pic I just took after lunch so the exhaust is hot.
