Anyone that installed the TRD dual exhaust have an issue with one tailpipe hanging slightly lower than other, if so, how'd you fix it? To note, on the one that is lower (passenger side), I did re-use the existing hanger, however the truck is brand new with less than 1000 miles on it, figured the existing hanger should still be ok...but maybe not? I did also try loosening bolts at muffler and adjusting, but it's still ending up around 1/2 inch lower than the driver's side tailpipe.

    Thanks!

    Few options:
    1. Buy a new rubber exhaust hanger for the passenger side.
    2. Get a stainless clamp from the hardware store to compress the passenger side exhaust hanger.
    3. Stack a bunch of washer between the exhaust hanger and the frame on the driver side.

When I initially installed my TRD exhaust on my 2019 with 200 miles on it, my passenger also sat lower. I went to where the that pipe connects to the muffler with 3 bolts. I loosened them and had something prop the tailpipe to the desired height and then tightened the bolts. This fixed it and now both are even.

It sounds like you have already done this. I'm curious if there's a wiggle room with where it connects the pipe coming off the cat.

    Good luck!

Yeah, I used a tie down strap hooked from the inside bed to hold it up in place where I wanted it. Once I re-tightened the pipe/cat bolts and removed strap, sure enough it dropped slightly again. With it being so new, wasn't sure that a new hanger would help matters much, but maybe it has stretched since rolling off the factory line...

Not exactly sure how the washers could be stacked between the hanger and frame as I recall there being a notch where the hanger basically hooks into the frame, so didn't think there is any room for adjustment there (would have to look though). There is however a slot in the middle rubber hanger itself where if I pull down the driver side pipe, I could possibly wedge something in there...maybe.

It’s the hanger. Just put on mine Sunday. You can see the passenger side hanger is stretched more than the new one. When I picked up the exhaust I tried to buy a new one but Daytona didn’t stock them.

As @niscur38 said, it was the hanger. (Thanks!). Re-aligning the pipe by loosening the bolts only went so far. I had an extra hanger because I bought an extra muffler hardware kit during the “TRD Sales Massacre” on the 4th. Replaced the old one with the new at the rear of the truck and now the pipes are even.

Good to know, I've got a new hanger on order!

    Thanks!
