    How easy is change the filter and tranny oil on a 5.7? Any recommendations?

    No need to change the filter. It's good for the life of the vehicle. As far as fluid, most people do a drain and fill of the pan, about 4 qts. I drain and fill the pan, then pump out 2qts at a time from the cooler return line until it comes out looking new. Anywhere from 12-16qts total.
