Welcome from GA. I traded in my 2018 taco for my 2019 Tundra Pro last May. I tried hard to love the Taco, but I eventually realized driving a truck with the torque band of a dirt bike was not for me. Only regret I have is that I ever bought the Taco to start with. Enjoy your new truck. Let the modding begin!

I did not get to drive a 3rd gen taco, but I have heard the love and hate. My 09 was great to me and being a 6 speed MT it had anti theft device. Sorry you had a bad experience and glad you love your truck.

I’d say it was more of a learning experience. I did basically no research at all. I had owned a 1998 and a 2011 Taco and had great experiences with both of those and the 2018 was really a beautiful truck, so I bought it after a short test drive. I should have researched the 3rd gen more thoroughly and taken it on a much longer test drive. I have no doubt that it would have been a reliable truck, I just didn’t enjoy driving it. It was a mistake on my part, one I will not repeat.

Welcome from middle Georgia. I traded a 2007 PreRunner crew LB for a 2016 Tundra TSS DC and love the upgrade even if mpg is way worse.

Had to take our RV in this morning for a recall, the Tundra makes towing an enjoyable experience. 70F19CB0-7487-4ACE-8F03-3ABF622CFB3B.jpg It is great to see so many people have traded up and have no regrets.
