Track your Tundra when in "F" status on the train

Thanks here what it says so looks good. Just don't know what the hold up is.

There are no open Safety Recalls or Service Campaigns for this vehicle.

 

How long does it last for a truck that is in F status? My dealer just texted me saying the truck is in F status but doesn't know when it will arrive. I am in the New Orleans area.

 

I don't know that there is an exact answer to this question. Mine has been in F status since 6/8. I have seen some guys go from F status to delivery in 2 weeks.
There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.

 

Well, I got word today my truck has shown up at the dealership. My truck was in F status yesterday and today G status, yet it's at the dealership. So, @TheBandit181 , I agree that there is no rhyme or reason to the statuses. Here's the details of my Tundra adventure:

Allocation - 4/14/22
Build - 6/24/2022
Processing Completed - 6/29/2022
QC Hold Completed - 7/18/2022
Rail Depart - No Idea
Rail Arrive - No Idea
On Truck - No Idea
To Dealer - 8/17/2022

Anyway, I get to pick it up tomorrow! It will be the first 22 Tundra I have seen in person. I haven't seen one on the road here in Minnesota.

I actually went and test drove f150 lariat with the 3.5TT yesterday. It's in stock and ready to go, but decided to wait on the tundra. Hope it's worth the wait.

Nice! So glad to see some finally coming in… felt like there was quite the drought for a while. Mine was supposed to be here 8/13 - 8/18. But it hasn’t arrived at the railhead / port yet, so probably still a week or two away for me.

I JUST got word today that mine arrived in Portland. Still needs to get loaded and trucked out to Spokane though - so could be a week or two I would guess. Although I feel like some have gotten stuck at the port for a month. Mine does not have any QC hood though as of now which is good…

 

yea weve had this convo before, mines been held up in portland for a while, waiting to get on a semi and head to boise ID, also no holds on it.

I found someone in the facebook group to run it.

It's in 'delivered' status but he says that just means it's delivered off the train and could be 1-3 days until it hits the dealer lot.

Also to answer a question in the thread that Im not sure was answered or not...

A status - Allocated (Its set up to be built for the dealer)

F status - Freight (It is being sent to the hold location to be picked up for transport to the dealer, some take longer because F vehicles can be on a ship for a month or more if they are the few that are built in Japan)

G status - Ground (usually switches over to G 24 to 48 hours before it actually lands at the dealership
