called the train tracker # and said that it arrived at Princeton IN, this is the first time it has changed since i have called it about a dozen times or so now, since the last time it was looked at by cdq on june 27th
checked yota, no recalls

 

Is it an automated message that tells you the train location? Or is it an actual operator?

I love the I-force Max engine!! The power is awesome. I had the regular I-Force for a few months and liked it but once a got to ride in the hybrid I knew I wanted to get it. The white leather is going to be tough to keep clean

 

That is great. I have also driven the standard TTV6 and ordered the hybrid. I’m hoping that power is a little more linear. Not that the standard TTV6 was bad, but I still am hoping that hybrid power train is a bit better. Loved the transmission though.

And ya, that leather is a big reason why I went with a platinum vs the capstone. I have three small children and that leather would be ruined in less than one week guaranteed haha.

Ok so not sure if this is a good sign but my Tundra has been stuck an hour away for the last couple of weeks in QC hold.

Yesterday my truck was on the dealers website but just checked it today and it’s not there.

I wonder what that means?

Ya I thought the same but It’s been up on the site for months. They also added trucks. Just thought it was weird all the sudden it’s been removed.

 

So I just checked for my truck on the dealer website and it has been taken down. I know it arrived at the rail yard on Tuesday, but it was placed on QC on Monday and shows recall still. Who knows.

 

FWIW - mine was built 4/29, still at the factory, and was only up on the dealers site for a couple days…

 

The "in transit" disappeared from truck on dealer webpage. Wonder if it arrived this weekend. Also the recall page went from showing the camera issue to having an error.

 

That is the same thing that happened to me when it was put on a truck to be shipped to the dealer.

Mine has been removed also ever since it went on QC hold. It was off the rail when this happened.

I don’t think it means the dealer did not have the truck. They would not do that to willing, costumers that have a sale pending.

 

Local dealership here has my Tundra and about a dozen others listed on their site. All are "sold" aka have a deposit down, but they don't remove them until signed for. There's nothing on their lot so their web page is all there is for potential customers to look at.

 

Exactly it for customers to see what they are bringing in and or getting.

 

My arrived at the rail head 10 days ago, railcar was empty 8 days ago, over this weekend the "in transit" label disappeared from the trucks page on dealer website. Sales manager emailed me this morning and said its still at the railhead with no eta.

 

Damn. I bet it’s the recall. I feel like we are all in the same boat. Mine been at the rail/port since 6/29!

 

Im on that boat. Mine has also been at the port since 6/29.(southern California) Its literally 1 hour away from my dealer. LMK if you receive yours.

 

Same. Mines right down the road at the port/rail head since 7/9. I'm hoping some of you who have been waiting longer start to get your trucks then I would feel better that I'm at least in line for a fix.

 

For sure I am in Philly and mine is in MD.
