Do you mind looking mine up as well? 5TFJA5DB6NX031858. I emailed my salesman for progress but he never gives me a response. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for the help! Quite disappointing this is still sitting in a yard down in San Antonio. Sounds like I’ve got at a minimum another 4-5 weeks then.

It was built in April and I’m seeing people get theirs delivered farther north from build dates in may

Mine remains stuck in “rail depart” status too. These trains must be being moved by a single underfed mule.

@cdq85 I am reading this correctly that the system won't show the "Rail depart date" until it shows up? Seems that it does show that for some? Mine shows F status when I do that other hack of tracking at the factory thing, so I thought that meant it would actually be in transit. But could that F status also be true if it was sitting at the yard in TX? Just crossing my fingers that MAYBE just maybe my truck actually has left and is in transit rather than just "Processing". But I am guessing the answer isn't what I'm hoping for...

Happy to help..it only takes a second. It's crazy to me you guys haven't been getting updates. I have my sales staff reach out every Monday just to check in on our customers. I have them send videos and other cool stuff just to keep people happy. You're spending a lot of money, you should definitely get that 50,000 dollar treatment but I digress lol..here's your truck

It will update to "rail depart" once it physically gets on the train. From there, you won't get an update until that train reaches the final destination before getting on a truck. F status simply means it has started it's path from the factory. Your truck, unfortunately, has not begun that journey and is still in "A" status on Toyota's end.

Understood - really appreciate all the help and insight. And yes, you would think for spending $75k on a truck they would keep you more updated :)

New to the forum... been waiting to get any sort of update on my truck's delivery. I was told it would arrive by the end of May but from what I've seen it's still on a train. Would anyone be willing to get a more specific update for me? Any help is greatly appreciated, the dealership certainly doesn't do much.

CSX tracking finally worked for me today! Status was not available the last couple days, but now it anticipates arrival in Jessup Maryland (presumably the port?) June 5 AM. Fingers crossed it’s quick from there.

Looks like your train arrived with the truck. I'd guess you have 7-10 days until dealer gets it.

wow thanks so much mate. Would it really take 7-10 days if it’s only about 50 miles from the dealer?

Toyota is having a booger of a time with transport companies right now (at least in my region). I've had vehicles sit for 2 weeks before being picked up. It's just how well organized your region is.

@cdq85 Does status only show F when it has been loaded to a train and is actually in transit? Or could it be F if it has finished being built but not yet on a train (aka that “processing” phase). Just trying to figure out why when I look it up the status is F but also looks like it has not left on a train yet based on the screenshot you sent me.

Yes, unfortunately it hits F status usually the day after it’s built and there’s almost zero way to know much until it hits G status. Toyota has instructed us to not really pass those dates on as they aren’t very accurate right now.

Ha what’s crazy is we should not even need to go to a forum to see when our truck is shipping. I really appreciate you helping us all.

Understood. But at the very least it would show "Rail Depart" date? Haha if you can't tell I am just scraping the bottom of the barrel to try and figure out if there is ANY way that my truck actually did depart and actually is in transit even though there was no date in the system :fingerscrossed:

I wouldn't count out that it could be actually on the way. For example, our first PRO Tundra was built 5/4 and has gone to "F" status but it is still stuck on the "Build" stage of the little timeline. I would assume it's on the way and will literally just show GT status here soon. Their system is just so broken right now it's crazy.
