I have a 2006 Tundra and am needing to modify the TPMS to stop the indicator light from flashing. It is a 4 door cab. Can't anybody help me?

Solid TPMS light in dash = low tire pressure in one tire.
Flashing TPMS light in dash = failure to communicate with a sensor in one or more tires.

You'll need to figure out which tire has a dead sensor. Probably the battery on the sensor failed. Most people go to a tire store to sniff which one is not transmitting, then have them swap it out. Not only does the sensor need to be replaced, but the truck needs to be programmed to recognize it. Tire store will have tools to do the job.

I replaced my tpms sensors with Denso brand. You need to do all 4 + the spare ($34 a pc).

I know all about what the TPMS does. I know about grounding one of the wires. I know about supplying a 5V signal to the ECU to make it think all is good. Knowing all of that does not tell me where the TPMS Module is located. That is what I would like to know. Where can I find the TPMS Module on a 2006 Toyota Tundra? Mind you this is a 2006 Tundra. I DO NOT need the TPMS and I do not need to spend the money to fix the TPMS. I just want to bypass the TPMS. Can anybody show me where the TPMS Module is located and how to access it?

The 06 TPMS RX is located in the roof and removing headliner is how you would access it.

If you remove the glovebox, you can find the TPMS ECU (not the receiver) to the left toward the head unit and above the HVAC controls. Access is a bit tight, but I was able to get to the connector and do what needed to be done. The module is labeled. Both were on ‘06 models as well.
