Anyone know the specific rim offset toytec ultimate boss lift was designed for?

There isn't a single answer here. It really comes down to what can fit with a 3" lift. There are a lot of threads on wheel tire combos. From what I have seen is a +18 is a good offset with 34.5" diam, 11.5" -12" wide tires

I have 315/70R17 (34.5") tires and RW wheels and wheel spacers for a total offset of +18.24mm. They fit great. Only had to trim the front wheel well plastic, remove front mud flaps and trim front skid plate.

Man that all depends on tire size, width, and wheel width. Suspension won't have anything to do with that.

I called ultra rims and they had made a comment to check with the lift company to see what the lift was designed to work with a specific geometry offset in mind. I have both +18 and +25 both with different tire sizes summer vs winter tires and rims.

You could absolutely use both those offset size wheels but like mentioned, depends on how wide of a wheel you go and mainly how big of a tire.
