JUST RECENTLY HAD BILSTEIN 5100'S INSTALLED ON MY 15 TRD CREWMAX. WAS GOING TO ADD THE TOYTEC 1-1.5'' SHACKLES FOR SOME ADDED LIFT IN THE REAR. MY QUESTION IS, CAN I STILL USE THE 4600'S THAT CAME WITH THE TRUCK, OR DO I NEED 5100'S FOR THE REAR????

The shackles can replace ur rear block (If u have one) if not, it should work fine with the bilisteins

Some Mods :) See build thread for details
Yes however the 5100s are extended length giving you more travel with the rear lift.

Accoring to Many professional shops and manufacrtures i spoke to, they highly redommend that you replace the rear to match the front. csuviper is absolutely correct. they all said the same thing. And believe me it wasn't to try to sell me more product.
I am getting ready to pull the trigger and purchase 5100 all around with Coachbuilder shackles +2 with 1 shim for the front left.
