I'm not on the list, but from what I've been noticing lately I may be getting one sooner or later, not by my choice. From what I read, the pump will fail and stop working, resulting in a replacement. Mine has started to act as if it has little to no pressure at first after it sits. While it's running, it seems to run fine. Once I shut it off and let it sit, it has a hard start. Not a battery start, but a hard to start then studder for a second then kick in full idle.

It looks our family lucked out...none of my 3 Toyotas are listed on the VIN recall check and my daughter's Corolla is safe as is my brother-in-laws Rav 4 and Dad's old Tundra (92 Tundra IN MAINE and the only issue is the right door's electric lock doesn't work anymore.)

I've had two recalls over the years on Toyotas and have a few tips: Don't rush right down to get your vehicle fixed if you can help it. Often, they are still learning the recall procedures and you may wait ALL DAY (I have). Double-check to ensure they have the part on-hand....I've gone down and they said they ran out...so call the day of or before you go down. And have fun looking at all the new models....even take one out for a spin if you can find a friendly sales person! (I got to drive a $70,000 decked out Sequoia and a sweet Avalon)

Just checked. Mine is affected. However, it states
    "Remedy
Toyota is currently investigating this issue and will be developing a remedy. When the remedy is available, it will be free of charge to vehicle owners.

So I guess I have to wait for this 'remedy'.

Did you check the website beforehand with your VIN# and still got the letter?

I also got the letter in the mail yesterday. My truck showed up on the Toyota app as a recall a month or more ago so I knew about it.

FYI - I just brought my truck in - 2019 FFV and I was having extremely high ethanol % ratings. They ordered me a fuel pump and it's coming next week. The caveat is i'm supercharged and they didn't say anything about it and was really expecting this to be an issue.
