    It would be in the same site where you submit it but the site works when it wants to.

    It should be but it’s not. I checked. Clicked on submit reimbursement request and can only do the reimbursement. Can’t check status. Checked the owners site, nothing. Did a google search and a faq search on the Toyota site, nothing. I had done it before but I guess when they updated the site that got left out, maybe.

    Hey guys , I got the check mailed in today from Toyota .I had to open a new case using their new portal , however I did not upload anything , All what I did is referencing the old ticket number and demanded update on it and told them everything is in the old ticket .
    Got a reply from them the second day apologizing for the delay , and today third day got the message that a check was mailed to my house

    The whole process has been interesting. Every time I submitted it, it kept falling off the site. I resubmitted it last month and they called and said to resubmit it after the remedy is released. I tried to resubmit it last week but it wouldn't work until I did it with a different email address. Now to wait and see. My claim is for Morimoto XB's.

    Yeah most went with the OEM because of the cost of the XB's. I'll see what they do with mine.

    But here is the thing , I did not resubmit the data , I attached the old ticket number confirmation email and told them I needed update on the old ticket and that I opened the new one since I cannot track the old ticket anymore On their new portal , so maybe they considered yours as a new ticket ….

    She saw my original info but told me I had to resubmit it since the remedy came out. I tried and kept getting an error. It didn't work until I used a different email address.

    I'm not sure what all you guys are talking about in terms of a remedy. I took my truck in for service on May 14th and there was no fix at that time.

    I got a letter in the mail last week telling me the remedy was available. According to the letter anyone who replaced or “fixed” the issue prior to the remedy is eligible for a refund from Toyota

    Only if it was done prior to the recall....not prior to the remedy. Anything after the recall date of Sept 2021 will be denied.

    Just received this in an email from my submittal months ago:

    Thank you for contacting Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc ("TMS"). We recently received your request for reimbursement consideration for work performed on your Toyota. We are sorry to learn of your situation and for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

    After considering the paperwork submitted, we have determined the following information is needed to continue our review:

    A separate detailed statement written by owner stating the following:
    Reason the vehicle was repaired?
    The owner's diagnoses?
    The repair performed to correct the concern? If part numbers were not provided on the original invoice, please include them in the written statement.
    Proof of Ownership – Copy of registration, title, bill of sale, trade-in agreement, or power-of-attorney over estate.
    Proof of Payment – Copy of the cancelled check, signed credit card slip, credit card statement showing payment was paid in full, a zero balance contract, or proof of other financing. If the repair was paid by cash, please provide a letter from the repair facility on their company letterhead verifying the amount paid by cash and signed by the manager. Please do not submit a duplicate copy of your invoice as Proof of Payment.
    A detailed and itemized repair order/invoice, with part numbers, from the repair facility showing the repairs and labor performed. Please provide a clear copy of all pages of your repair order/invoice.

    When did you purchase your leds and when did you submit the claim? The claim does have to be resubmitted after the remedy was released.....which was just released in the last month and a half or so.

    Bought and installed months ago, never submitted more than once, so mine looks like it was never "lost" in the Toyota system
