Toyota Entune Premium, Email?

    2018 Toyota Tundra Platinum
    Bed lined, tinted all 5 windows, hose clamped tailgate, toolbox, steps, ESP rear seat storage bins, dash cam, anytime camera switch, console safe, pop a lock for tailgate and wheels/flares, sway bar. I have Techstream if anyone local needs it.
    I've searched throughout this forum, and online everywhere including Toyota's dedicated Entune website(s). For whatever reason, I cannot get or send email on my head unit. I get text messages and everything else. Has anyone been able to get and/or send emails from theirs? I should say that according to the owners manual and the setup functions in the Entune software, we should be able to do this. Additionally, when I push the button on the steering wheel, email is not recognized as a verbal command. Thanks in advance for help that anyone can provide. It would be nice to be able to send emails while driving, just to save some time!
