OP, in all seriousness, stick around. This thread will die and everyone will move on. This a great bunch and tons of knowledge to go both ways here!

1794 have great seats. And the leather interior and color just shows it's not for the ordinary truck owner. Did you know, that the rear seat does recline a little. The infotainment have more bells and whistles that the any SR5 model. Oh, and the depth of the truck bed, it's so deep. At night you can star gaze with that giant moon roof! During the spring, summer and fall you can open the sunroof, all the windows, and........ wait for it......... the rear window rolls down. It'd almost driving a covetable truck! How cool is that!

OP, you have a cool truck, you just don't know it yet.

    I hope this helps. :)

Agreed but probably best to start in the introduction section with a “hello” and then move forward with some opinion sharing. Just my .02

I don’t drive as many miles as you in blacktop, but I put about 30-35k a year on gravel and off road environments. I’ve driven all of the big 3, multiple times.

I am religious about PM, and I’ve had a number of mechanical issues , some quite expensive and far sooner than they should have happened, including an engine rebuild on a Ford F-150 at 65k. In addition, I personally find the Tundra seats very comfortable relative to the others. Personal opinion I guess.

As far as sound systems, I guess my ear is not that sophisticated. I’ve never had one I thought was inadequate, although some have had much better functionality with phone compatibility.

I’m currently driving a Silverado with 37k on the clock. It’s had a fuel pump replaced, a brake caliper replaced, and goes in Saturday for a brake booster pump that Chevy won’t cover under warranty even though it was discovered 52 miles past warranty expiration.

I read something the other day that everything we thought about dinosaurs may be wrong. It's likely they were covered with brightly colored feather, think a parrots feathers. And instead of roaring they probably chirped and screeched. Friday fact (well an scientific guess)

First, one of the first page responses was about land cruisers...thank you. I had built up 2000 hundy that I sold to get my Tundra. An '84 FJ60 before that. And two Tacos.

Now, with the Tundra. Too bad it did not meet your expectations. I reviewed all of the full size trucks I was considering. Tundra was tops in reliability and resale value. That's all I cared about. I went into knowing interior was stale (nicer than my land cruisers so it was an upgrade for me...) and MPG sucked ass (still better than my LC!!!). I would say it is definitely not the truck's fault.
