I won't deal with anyone who plays the inequality' race or gender card. Companies who do so won't get any money from me if I can help it.

 

People are tired of companies injecting political ideology into their consumer/employment experiences. I don't understand it. True salt of the earth tough woman don't want the help.. They detest it.
Oh well.. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

 

Did you guys miss the fact that the guy suing appears to be a professional plaintiff, targeting companies to reject his job application and then suing them for discrimination?

I too want everyone to earn things by merit. But I’m also disgusted by people that are leaches in life like what this guy appears to be.

I caught that too.. I mean two wrongs don't make a right.. He's no Saint. He will of course argue that Toyota attempted a character assassination in an effort to deflect responsibility, making his attempt at gainful employment that much more difficult

Toyota screwed up. They got caught by a questionable motives kinda guy, and now they'll pay and get a black eye.

We had that in California with wheelchair access and on the flip side had employers mandating Spanish as a required language for jobs.. It swings both ways.

 

But does he own a Tundra? That is the question.

 

The ‘Jesse Jackson’ model of doing bidness. Ol’ Jesse shook down Toyota many years ago for millions. Some how he ended up as a ‘paid spokesperson’. The Japanese were very nice.
