    Can anyone confirm if the bed rail tie-downs work with an Undercover Flex or Bakflip type bed cover?
    I just don't see it fitting under the bed cover frame.

    It looks like they would fit to me. The Rail Tie Downs are flush with the bed rails. Does your cover hang down and impede into the bed rail at all?

    It fits under my BakFlip but different cover. Looks to be tight and in the same location as the stock rails. Mine have aluminum plates that space the rail down however far you need. I just took those plates off and drilled another hole raising it 1”. I thought it hung too low and like it better now.

    Maybe try the plate method to drop it if they interfere. Can you put the stock mounting tie downs on the side rails and close the lid? If they fit these will fit

    Looks like the clamps his cover has uses the bedrails for the attachment point. I found out there are at least 2 versions of clamps for Bakflip covers... Doesn't look like he can drop them with this setup.
