    I had to ride on so many totally long boring hops all over the Pacific while as a Jarhead air winger...I'd rather drive than fly now which obviously limits me. Not a bad thing actually. Did I mention that I despise cruises too? A control issue. Ever since I saw a gigantic Princess Cruise ship offload 1000's of people like cattle with so much unneeded luggage and such into buses at Whittier, AK onto a Princess Hotel where everything you pay is ridiculously overpriced....smh...

    Lots of kuul places to explore north of Reno...Pyramid Lake or Black Rock Desert. Just don't drive out onto a "dry" alkali lake... could get quite interesting after a heavy rain. A two week getting unstuck thing...heh...heh. .

    No attack...heh...
    But... your wife didn't have to fly on Air Force C141 Starlifter's and the occasional Marine C130 strapped into a jump seat at altitude with a blanket to keep warm and....with large crates of who knows what's inside. Actually one time there was a large "transit case" with a dead Marine inside who got killed in a car accident in Hiroshima near our base. That was on a long flight on a AF C-5 Galaxy stateside to Moffet Field. Kinda sucked since the transit case was in front of me the whole fucking flight....
