I didn't think Bugs was a snowshoe hare. Come to think of it, he's tall and gray. Nothing like the bunnies I've eaten. But he's wascully.

I appreciate that! I’m my own worst critic, it was a few degrees over the rare I was looking for, but it was still super good. Everyone else loved it, the spices and herb compound added a nice crust! Lots of left overs too!

I feel your pain, I'm in the Barbarian camp and love all my beef very rare, the wife likes hers more on the medium side, so I tend to overcook sometimes on purpose. :(

What did I do on Christmas eve?
Mowed the yard and did some yard work because it's been so warm the grass is growing.
Also made a nice dinner for the wife and I.

What did I do on Christmas day?
Made breakfast for the wife and I.
We cleaned the entire house, I even did windows inside and out.

Well, I say WE cleaned the house.
The wife cleaned the master bathroom and took a 4-hour nap.
Although she did do all the laundry.
Dressed up a frozen Digiorno's thin crust pizza with a little avocado and tomato salad for Xmas dinner.

Christmas gathering with the kids is Sunday.
Kids and their better halves are coming over.
We're catering El Fenix, I don't feel like cooking..

Getting old sucks and I'm glad my fat self has an office job! Sleep schedule is phucky but the sleep I did get was done wrong, so my hip and back have conspired to make me hobble like a man twice my age with old football injuries. I'm focusing on staying hydrated to see if that can take care of the headache, but I did pop some Excedrin around 3 AM (4.5 hours ago) just in case water isn't enough.

For all that, I'm in good health so I am thankful for that. I hope all you crazy Mafia bastards are doing well and appreciating your families this time of year. They may be pains in the ass, or jerks, but they're still family. Count your blessings and enjoy all you can!

Thanks- they are Anolon Advanced. I'm very brand loyal although I'm thinking about switching to carbon... wait! I see what you are doing, you are trying to keep me from moving in with you all by pointing out how good I have it... Or are you wanting me to bring the pans and roaster with me..?

    Good morning Goodfellas!

Sitting and drinking last night and I reminisced…

Remember last christmas when a guy suicide bombed an AT&T building and leveled like 4 blocks of downtown Nashville and then we all decided not to talk about it too much?

    Desensitization at its best.
