Always great to get back into the Tundra after driving a shitty rental for a week. We had a 4-door Wrangler last time we were there and it created a real dilemma for me regarding which I hate more - Fiat’s laughable build quality/powertrain or Ford’s unbearably annoying tech.

 

Yeah, the little turbo 2.0 in the jeep is hilarious.

 

It was the Charger I rented last time I was in Maui that had annoying tech, I thought. Though the cooled seats were nice.

I remember a few years ago (maybe 10 now) when a semi was blown off the Biggs bridge in the Columbia River Gorge.

Yeah, that would be a big ol' butt sucker. I remember back when a VW or something similar went off the side of the Mackinac Bridge. Not my favorite bridge to drive across, especially since I knew some of the offspring of the iron workers who built it and they always talked about how drunk their parents were when they were working on it. At least they shut it down or require escorts in high winds (no, not those kinds of Escorts, @Hightide... Or Ford Escorts either, for that matter).
