    To be fair it is only 1/2 of him and that 1/2 is all Italian so we are back on track. Also I like Italian meatballs so there is that.

    About 120 in the smoker. Probably will do at least this many again. We will chop another 30 or 40 into little pieces and dehydrate them for adding to stews, soups and chili.
    The smoked ones will get powdered and put into shakers, chipotle powder. I like em when they’re red better but the growing season is too short, so I have to smoke em green. I use it on everything; eggs, sandwiches, salads, popcorn, ice cream, potatoes, tarter sauce, marinades, etc

    I've mostly always canned mine. With 3 plants I get around 10 quarts. I have smoked some a few times and made adobo. We really like mincing the canned ones and adding to tarter sauce for fried fish.
