I want to revive the debate about whether or not a hot dog is a sandwich. I have recently been convinced that it is not a sandwich, it's a taco. Also, a steak is a salad. This follows the Cube Rule of Food, which categorizes food based upon where the starch in a food is placed. No starch? Salad. Therefore, steak is salad. Starch on bottom only? Toast. Starch on bottom and both sides (hot dog)? Taco.

If you wrapped the bread around the hotdog on three sides, it would be a taco. If you rolled the hotdog up with bread on all sides but with the ends open, according to the Cube Rule it would be sushi.
