That truck needs smaller wheels. Not enough sidewall.

I’d say 5k isnt crazy given the price of things today. Do you know if that 5k includes sending the head out to a machine shop to have it checked/machined (if needed)? Or is that just a crack open, re-seal and close back up? When I had mine done a couple years ago it was $4500 but included sending out the head ($50 covered under warranty). They reused all the old parts, although I wish I had them check the timing chain tensioners because now I’m dealing with the dreaded driver side tensioner clack. Anyway, just my experience, take it for what you will.

My Platinum has the dark chrome on the grill. While not ideal, and I’ll eventually change it, it’s not as offensive as the straight chrome.

Okay (and I’m not just saying this to avoid a knife-fight), but that dark chrome looks pretty damn good.

It’s actually dark chrome also. It doesn’t stand out as much as others do.

It’s not terrible but I’d definitely prefer it be black. I actually have a Pro grill for it in the garage. I haven’t installed it yet since I don’t have the lights or all the other crap necessary to add them. I’ve seen some installed without the lights and it doesn’t look right with the holes empty.
Once I get around to researching all that is involved in that I’ll round it all up and replace the grill surround at the same time.

Here’s a nice internal pic of my shoulder, had a follow up with the Dr and I got to watch an abbreviated video of the procedure

@GODZILLA , I tried to get AI to do a picture of Godzilla driving a Solar Octane Tacoma Pro in Wyoming. I guess Godzilla is too big for the truck... :( Not sure what is up with the "Toyota".
