Shit, I had a Previa many years ago. Dash was about 5' long and it was slow AF, but at the same time cool AF.

At a quick glance I thought it was mine. Then realized it wasn't near as thick.
Also I didn't see the toyomafia valve caps on it

Mine was 8 weeks in a blocked sling and then 2 months of PT.
Mine was pretty bad. I've known other that were 4 to 6 weeks in a normal sling.
    Good luck Andy.:fingerscrossed:

Can you elaborate? "Recovery time for a rotator cuff" Did you hurt it? Did you tear it? Or did you do like I do and rip that bitch from the bone?

TBD. Fell on it at work 2 weeks ago, negative xrays. They told me to wait a few weeks, if it did not improve to see specialist. Just waiting in workers comp to authorize.

Something not right, can't lift my arm beyond my mid stomach, and cannot hold it up if I use my arm to put it into a position equal with my chest.

I've been having issues with this shoulder for years, and I've put off seeing anyone about it, but this is forcing my hand

Let's say you ripped it from the bone and they have to drill in and reattach the tendon to the bone. Before surgery the freaking insurance for whateverreason decides hey, that guy can barely move so let's make him do a shit load of exercises for 13-15 weeks and see if it gets any better. Well that did not work so schedule surgery couple weeks or days like my Dr did (frequent flyer miles) then after surgery it took me a year to be able to lift very close to what I did a year before. I did get all movement and range of motion back on that shoulder.

If you have had issues for a long time and done nothing and it is a tear, they usually retract and shorten so hope that is not the case. With all the PT pre and post surgery your looking at a 10 months to a year is just my guess

I've had both scoped. Whatever winds up being the diagnosis, don't skip any rehab, and work through any pain the doc tells you to work through. The downstream effects of lazy rehab on a shoulder are significant.

You need an MR-arthrogram to determine the extent of the injury. The shoulder is a very complex joint and there is a lot of things that can go wrong. If it’s a rotator cuff expect a rehab time from surgery to full recovery at about 6-8 months depending on how active you are. If you play sports may be a little longer. Best advice I can give is go through formal PT - a lot of people think they can do it themselves and end up with frozen shoulder and that is a B%?!?!!!!

If you want to talk offline PM me. Happy to give advice if you’d like.

Ok, my job has a no light duty policy, and its workmans comp. Just wondering a general timeline. Not going to completely jump to conclusions until after I get the MRI and whatever else they might want

Caught some kinda cool shots of the house with the clouds after bringing in the trash can and mail. I was honestly just kinda looking at the lights then noticed how the sky was behind it.

We were at the Randolph AFB Commissary this weekend and I saw these:

I put them in Chocolate Brownie Cupcakes and made my homemade Cream Cheese frosting to put on top. Talk about a molar exploder.
