Never did anything special for Easter as far as food. We had the eggs to find and a basket with candy and some little toy or something. I feel cheated seeing all these awesome meals being done for it.

We had a quiet Easter and Con made us a Sheperds Pie and tried to apologize for using beef instead of Lamb (o_O ;)) and I almost made it through

with giving her a compliment :p but started laughing and came real close to getting the "Wooden spoon" treatment :notsure:

The Good Lord should remind us what advice our Grandmothers pass onto our wives !!!!!

My baseball kid got to watch his favorite team smoke his second favorite team.

He is - he’ll catch me soon. He bought it at the event last year - it’s a first year shirt!! They were selling the old stock for $10 each. We got a few different ones.

Yep.....stupid season. Everyone wants to do anything but follow the rules, and become completes asses when we try to enforce them.

I also hate any temps higher than 65, and insects in general

Damn... you need to live here on the coast!!! Our highs generally don't exceed high 60s (we'll hit 70s a few times a year and maybe 80 or 81 once or twice a year); plus as long as you don't venture inland very few critters and flying things (except spiders)

Question for those that have recently purchased a vehicle ???

How good or BAD  :( was their final detailing job ???

This pisses me off even more as I should of "White Gloved" it before we left BUT being an hours drive back home and Con already "making it

hers" I took it at face value...

Am I being an A$$ for wanting it "Done right" ; door jambs and windows should be COMPLETELY cleaned and interior should not NEED to be redone

by the Customer because somebody didn't want to finish their job...

On a good note, they did install the tail lights correctly and they are actual Toyota parts :p :D

OK, Old Man all done Venting.... time for a nap :fistbump::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Please tell me they did not run it through the "Quick lube" wash rack when you picked it up  ;)...

Ours was dirty the night we test drove it and I warned them if I saw swirl marks from a "Quick Wash rack" they would be keeping the car..

My wife let them off easy because she knew I would be "Detailing" once it got home :(...WTH , it's like she knows I'm retired or something :p

My truck was really nice when I picked it up. Straight from the detail bay into their delivery bay. Not even water spots on the paint.
