Yep, you are absolutely right. :fistbump:

I don't think I ever played cards while I was in the Army. Being a broadcaster was kind of a loner job (perfect for me). I mostly played cribbage and euchre in college before I enlisted.

2022 will go out with a F@C&ing bang

Using the Tundra as a truck....Imagine that o_O

Loaded up some more of Olga for the Trip to Winter Haven; tackle boxes, fishing poles , misc potted plants and both Trikes...

No problems until we went to unload some stuff in Arcadia and my tailgate handle gets all GNARLY , before I could speak & tell my son to be patient... the outer piece of said handle is in his right paw :annoyed:...

Now it still opens and nothing wrong with the gate itself BUT now I will be over too Miracle Toyota to inquire about a new complete handle assembly :spending: and my youngest granddaughter is a HIT in her neighborhood with her new Trike

Too top it off , my beautiful Bride OK'd this expense as a "justified Mod " :p

    Women :anonymous:

Everybody get ready for a GREAT 2023

I think euchre is like spades or hearts. When I worked in the shipyard in the 80s they were the two most popular lunch hour games, we had an one hour lunch break then. We got into bridge with my MIL and her second husband. Awesome game but he had a major drinking problem and it was hard to finish a bridge night without him asleep at the table. I'd take that up again if we could find two people to play.

I think being a broadcaster meant you were talking to hundreds, if not thousands?

Hey... I just received a replacement tailgate handle for my '08: $20 and delivered in about a week. The part looks/feels no different than the OEM I pulled out... beats the hell out of paying $140-$180 for the darn thing!

I'm not sure what year/gen you are running, but I'd bet they have options to cover most years

Yeah, I've heard it's a lot like Spades. I've never played Spades so I have no clue.

I had the radio persona and when the "On Air" light went off, I pretty much wanted to be left alone. I mean, I was friendly but it was all just kinda weird. Don't know how to explain it. I'm an introvert at heart and happiest when I'm not dealing with other peoples shit but, at the same time, I'll help anybody if I can. I'm a walking conundrum.

Wow! Sounds like an amazing man and father. A true legend and member of the community and I think Rockstar pretty much covers it. Thank you for the link. Take comfort in that great life lived, and that I’m sure the apple didn’t fall far from the tree.

My daughter got me this for Christmas. I'm told it's go. I'm about to find out for myself.
