So when I used to do service for McDowells, I’d be at the one on Valencia and Nexus all the time and would always notice them screwing around with the perimeter fence, and buried what looks like two 1.5” steel cables with eyelets at almost every major fence post, this was like 5years ago but I have no clue what it is or what it’s for
