    I'll be making pecan tassies in the next week or so. They are small bite size pecan pies. The crust is cream cheese, butter and flour. The filing is butter, sugar, brown sugar, and pecans. As they cook the crushed pecans rise to the top leaving a carmalized center of brown and white sugar.
