Today was pretty traumatic for my pointer. I loaded the truck up and left him home. uncrated, with the wife. He was not happy. He has gotten better, we are out of the destroy things phase, but not past the anxiety wtf stage.

Fuck, our new district manager (a fucking bitch, but I'd still probably hit it) is obsessed with spreadsheets. She had her admins create a spreadsheet with links to a bunch of other spreadsheets that people in my position have to complete with updates every day of the week.

 

Don't you go roping me in with the desk jockeys! I avoid meetings and spreadheets like the plague. I may wear a white hard hat now, but I still get my boots dirty.

 

My boss does that. We've even had meetings to discuss the spreadsheets that will be presented in the next meeting 30 minutes later...to the same group of people.

 

I’m glad I have a job that doesn’t include spreadsheets, or at least enough seniority to say no, I’m not doing it

 

Yep, we have weekly Google video meets to discuses the spreadsheets and their updates.

 

My wife has no problem doing that with our pups.
