I'm looking to get a travel trailer that I'd be towing from Oklahoma to the PNW and I wanted to see what kind of experiences you guys have had with towing on lifted Tundras. I don't know exactly how big the lift is but it's up there and I've got 35s on it. Currently looking at a few trailers and the best deal is 26' and weighs 4500 lbs. I figure that might be alot of trailer, especially with the wind while going through Kansas and Wyoming, but just wanted to get your guys' thoughts on it. Also looking at a 22' around the same weight.

You'll see it more in your power bands and fuel economy, IMO, but of course, the safety side says you've raised your center of gravity.

I'd be more concerned about adjusting your caster and getting those front wheels pushed further forward.

What load range are the 35s?

Weight, with the specs you provided, aren't an issue

Good looking setup. Welcome from West MO. You're in comfortable towing weight under 5k

Would I be wrong to assume that's still well within a comfortable tow weight when the advertised tow weight for a 2023 SR5 Crewmax is 12,000 lbs? I can check my owners manual in a bit to confirm but that seems reasonable even with the lift and larger tires
