Tow mirrors

Need help on aftermarket tow mirrors. I have a 2017 platinum tundra that has BSM heat turn signal power fold and puddle light. Purchased some tow mirrors that had all my options but the puddle light on bottom, installed them and everything works correctly except the BSM. Does anyone have a clue on this? I have found some threads about swapping a couple pins in the connector but not really detailed enuf for me to figure this out.

 

Figure out the bsm issue or non puddle issue? Or both?

No I haven’t figured out either of my issues , but I’m focused on the bsm right now. The puddle light I will address later as the tow mirrors didn’t have that option so I would have to do something like you did to resolve that. The bsm thou is on the tow mirrors that I purchased and were said to be plug and play but something isn’t right, both mirrors work fine with all my other options and I don’t get a bsm error message on dash, but the bsm isn’t working

 

Ok update is I have resolved the BSM issue the two pins closest to front of truck need swaped. Top to bottom which in my case was purple and blue wires on the mirror connector. Everything works fine now!!
