I did a search here and couldn't find any thread on these. Im looking for a cover and need some recommendations. I would like a soft one that can be rolled up if need be. Also locking is a big deal anyone have some experience with these and which do you recommend.

I've got the Pace Edwards Switchblade. Think I paid about $850. Not cheap for a tonneau but it's the cheapest retractable out there. I had an American Roll Cover all metal retractable on my last truck. I liked that one much better but at about twice the price, I couldn't afford to buy that one again. The switchblade doesn't have a lock on it, but its secure with the tailgate locked. Makes some noise when you hit bumps, but not too bad. Not 100% water tight. Cant put much weight on top like the all metal ones. The canister takes up about 8", not too bad on a 6.5' bed but doesn't leave much room on short beds. Just can't beat the convenience of a retractable though.

If you go to forums, there's one for tonneaus. Lots of info there.
