    Vehicle:
    2019 SR5 TSS of road crew max cement.
    No longer rolling stock baby....
    goung to roast a chicken on a kettle
    Roast not smoke. No BBQ this time

    Marinade tonight in orange and pineapple juice
    Then tomorrow the whole pineapple will be cut to use as a stand for the bird
    Outside will get either real butter or olive oil salt and pepper

    Going to roast using indirect heat on a kettle have not decided if I am going to set the bird in a cast iron skillet with some beer or place on the top rack with a drip pan beneath it.
