Hi everyone! I need some help with this issue I got my tundra set on a 2.5 front leveling kit but when you stand in front of the truck the tires are in angle. Now i just bough the blistein 5100 set to replace the lift kit, my question is; if anyone knows that the issue i have will go away with the shocks set at the top setting? Please advice!

Needs an alignment, even after doing the 5100s, you'll need one. did you get an alignment after the 1st kit was installed?

UCA's sir. You can get SPC if you just want the slide BJ to correct that camber angle. Do you have a printout of your alignment? Post it for us to see if you do.

But 5100's installed are different per truck. I've had em dialed in on factory arms on some trucks and it line up great and some need arms to visually line up the tires right and correctly set the alignment. Very hit or miss

Yes that's the next thing you want to do because that's where your issue stems from. You cam bolt adjusters have ran out of spec to fix your now issue with camber. Your factory UCA has no adjustment available so it all depends on what room you have in the lowers. Your leveling kit is taking a lot of that away.

Too much positive camber. Most shops don’t know how to align these trucks when lifted so they just set your toe and send you on your way. Post your sheet. If you’re under 3”, you don’t need new UCAs, just a better shop

Yup, save your tires and correct the geometry. UCAs are essential. My truck came with 2" spacers in front, stock UCAs. I didn't know much at that time and put a new set of 35" Wrangler MTRs as is. After about 1k miles I started getting the same outer wear you're talking about. I got so many roatations and alignments trying to fix it that the tire shop gave me a lifetime alignment certificate. In the end, I got about 12k miles out of those $1600 tires.
Solution was ProComp UCAs as they came with the diff drop, knuckle blocks, and are TIG welded and 5100s. Major improvements, and tires last 40k plus with even wearing

Your UCAs were not maxed out at 2” of lift. Your shop just didn’t know what they were doing. Lol. The Pro comes with 2” of lift in the front and it’s the same UCA as any other Tundra.

Here is the alignment print out! Like i said before since then i haven’t got to re aling. I just want to get rid of the tire angle \ /. The 5100 should be arriving next week, that’s why im trying to see if they will fix the problem or i needed more parts, remember that the truck already have an 2.5 lift blocks but once i get the shocks they’ll be removed. Thanks all of you guys for the inputs they are greatly appreciated! BB432CC6-1D04-4412-ACA3-F5F99333F75F.jpg

According to that, not a single adjustment was made from initial to final. Your camber isn’t that bad. You want it closest to 0 as possible. But 0.1 would not be visible to the naked eye. What I’ve seen is that some shops do not set up the equipment properly or calibrate consistently. This leads to inaccurate numbers over and over. I suggest finding a local speed shop, 4wd shop, and ask them who they recommend to do their alignment work. That was the route I had to take because the first shop had my alignment all screwed up, but their justification was that it drove straight. Yea well everything else is fuc*ed up. Lol.
