Que pena. Has revisado el Full Service Manual?

Up above I was just saying I’m not sure if OP wrote the right codes down, the first two are good ones (MAF meter issues and he replaced the MAF) but the last three seem to be typos for throttle position sensor-related issues. Whatever it is is limiting him at 3,000 RPMs so that’s weird.

Es muy importante que nosotros endendemos esto:
    • A donde compraste su sensor MAF?
    • Que marca de MAF?

I got same. On some, like P100, P0100 is the more appropriate.

It's weird, because a couple are MAF oriented, then throttle body related, then O2 sensor circuit. Totally disjointed.

Without knowing more history on the truck, it's tough. It wouldn't be uncommon for the O2 sensor circuit to just crap out. If he used a non-OEM MAF, or some bullshit brand, or bought it on scAmazon or fleaBay (he probably got a fake that's not working right) I could see those codes. And if ECU isn't correctly determining how much air is coming in, I wonder if bad data about air incoming may make the ECU think the throttle body assembly isn't working right?

Anyway ... it's a weird series of codes, and I also wonder if there's typos we're not seeing.

Yep, that's what inspired my post. I was about to ask if it was only on the left side, or possibly both sides, because ECU is on the right and isn't water-proof either...

But one step at a time.

Check the links and you'll get it. Great minds think alike ;)

But yeah, figure we'd have him check the integration relay/fuse box for water entry, replace if found. It could cause a bunch of weird codes.

I dunno if you caught it earlier up there but he mentioned one of the plugs around his throttle body assembly got cut and he's not sure if he put the wires back correctly. He wanted to see some pics, but I'm not sure exactly which connector he was talking about, and I can't just go look at my '06 which is different, not just because it's DBW.

They say picture is worth something, perhaps he/she can post pics of connectors. I mean we have access to EWD’s.
I’ll take look at 2000 drawings until someone can post a pic….I mean we really like pics, like a lot @bmf4069

If it's their Throttle Body plug T2, pic below should help
