I have a 2002 tundra SR5. When I press the the accelerator it goes half way down then it starts accelerating because the actuator is not working I have code 1127, "no power to actuator". I have 5 volts on the connector from the G-B wire to the other 3 lines. what more tests can be performed? the Throttle body was replaced from a junk yard. Is there any way with the proper ODB2 device to test the motor function, operating the actuator?

What will help in future issues is stating what engine you have....V6 or V8.

It's going into limp mode due to the code you're receiving....P1127
To be more complete, P1127 is "ETCS Actuator Power Source Circuit Malfunction". Meaning the voltage to the ECM from the ETCS fuse is coming and going and is below 9-12vdc periodically.

As you can see from pic below, batt voltage at the ETCS fuse goes to 1A2 connector to the ECM. The 1A2 connector is located at drivers kick panel area, which is a known area of problems if one has/had water penetration issues.

thanks you hit the nail on the head. someone added a trailer break and brought the wires through the firewall with the other wires, and left space fore water to enter the cab. the wire was corroded and separated from the terminal. I had to put crimp connectors on the wire and splice them together outside of the 6 wire plug, but now it works thanks much.
