No it isn't . Dont think a high interest rate will crash the market, it might scare off people who really shouldn't be buying a new vehicle if 4% is a deal breaker, but the market will not crash, and the people with money will flourish in it

the dealer ended up taking off the $2000 mark and dealer add-ons bringing the total to $74k and some change. OTD.

The dealer removed all the Port installed options at my request. So, don't allow the dealer to tell you they can't. I had another dealership contact me after I had already made my purchase and the salesman told me they had a vehicle that I might be interested in. I listened to him and the truck was loaded with port options. I asked him about removing the port options to see what his response would be. Of course, he stated that they could not remove the port installed options. He had no idea that I had already purchased my truck from another dealer that removed all the port installed options.

I got the mark up and the dealer add ons off. But the port installed options seems like I'll have a hard time taking some of the options out. But I'll check with them again once the tundra is on the floor. This is how the tundra will look minus the leveling kit.

Honestly, it may be too late to have the port installed options taken off. Once they are on the vehicle, I'm sure they won't remove the charge. At least you got the dealer mark up and add ons taken off. That is a very nice looking truck.

This a picture I got off YouTube but this is exactly what I have allocated. Supposedly January 10 is when it's getting started but I doubt that. Lol

for what it is worth, I really like my 1794 OR. Only difference to what you are getting is that I have the 6.5’ bed, which I required, and it’s the midnight black.

timing is everything. Worked with dealer and put down a cash deposit before they even had initial allocations back in September 2021…no dealer markup and only my requested options. Added TRD step, bedstep, window tint later and continuing to do mods (cause it is fun and addicting thanks to this forum!) -

keep in mind I bought it in early Jan 2022 but my finance rate was only 2%. But I traded in…and this is was amazed me…a 2015 Yukon Denali (my wife’s) with 75k miles for $52k! We bought the Yukon in 2016 with 10k miles for like $65k - insane … so rates were lower and I only financed a smaller portion. Was originally not going to finance…but at 2%, stupid not to! It was an incredible time to finance or refi you home too

but the truck is a dope set up and you don’t see many 1794 ORs…

Damn you got your money's worth with that Denali. Not bad. And 2 percent! I don't think we'll see that rate for a while if even that.

yeah i really like that saddle brown interior on the 1794. Black is a nice color but where I live black gets dirty quick. Lol. Probably will do a leveling kit and some 35s when I get it.
