    I recently jumped.

I looked at them a bit over a year ago. $62k for a Limited, no budging on price. Nah, no deal.

I held off even longer for the engine issue to get sorted.

Local dealership had this one at $57k. Same options as the previous model I looked at, $5k less. It was made 7/24. Brand new, never been test driven. Scrabbled on price and trade in value, and they came to almost exactly at $500 within the magic number. Close enough. Deal done. Came out to $56k and change because they waived all the doc fees and other crap.

I'm happy with it. The deal was pretty square all around. I'm confident Toyota has the fix in place for the engines.

I looked it over pretty well. No obvious build issues like short trim/weather strips or things not aligned.

It is my daily driver. Previous daily driver was a 2021 Highlander Limited. The Tundra is quieter, has much better ride and handling than the Highlander. Nicer interior and much better sound. The Tundra has basic 9 speaker Non-JBL. Highlander has JBL and it sounded like cheap trash. This sounds decent enough not to think about.

Overall, very pleased, and the current price drops make them a great value compared to other truck makers.

If it was the 1st one about removing the felt liner, I'm with you. There were better ones lol

Thanks. Yeah it’s the only QC issue I have found so far. Turning the base down to half normal (25% ?) didn’t fix it. Still sounds bad. Only thing that makes me miss my BMW.

Thanks folks! Another consideration - the Limited Nightshade doesn't come with the pano camera. Anyone miss that or see it as necessary? Thinking for parking - I use the pano on the Canyon at times, but just curious on others' thoughts.

My '24 Limited TRD O/R came with ALL the cameras. I use them daily. Out of necessity I back into my garage space and it's tight. These trucks are big, and have big blind spots.
Same thing with parking lots. You want to park "accurately?" The cameras are a necessity in my opinion.
When I test drove Tundras they were all higher trim models with 360 cameras so I don't know what the driving/parking difference is to one without. Maybe what they have is perfectly adequate?

    I absolutely agree with this.
Being able to see the overhead view to see how it sits within the lines is a godsend.
    I use this every time.

I really like the 360 cameras, I used it like crazy in the fishing resort I go to with trees and rocks all over the place towing the boat in

Thanks folks! Pulled the trigger on the ‘24 Limited Nightshade. Couldn’t say no to the current rates and was able to get the dealer to move $2k off MSRP and to strike a sweet discount on a hard tonneau and running boards. Picking up Thursday.
