The last Durango I owned had so many issues that I swore I'd never own another Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth (now Fiat) vehicle again. To top it off, a front wheel literally broke off. Luckily it was in a parking lot and not on the road. Never again!

I’ve owned a Durango before. Replaced the CPU, speed sensors and whatever else.

Negative ghost rider. Just on resale value alone I would stick with Tundra.

    If I didn't own a Tundra, I'd drive a dodge.
My dads last 3 trucks have been rams and he abuses them way more than most people. His last one had 160,000 miles. Zero transmission issues or issues with the shift knob (which I personally like.).
Doesn't have as good of resale value and I think tundras looks a tad better but they're plenty nice IMO.

Exactly what these guys said. Honestly if you want support from people to make that move....talk to some Ram guys.

But do what makes you happy. Our opinions honestly don't mean anything...
    specially if you aren't happy.

I support you in what ever choice you make, we don't have to live with it only you would so if you really want to switch go for it and if its not right you can always go back but you're take a huge hit doing so!

You have some good advice here and some don't like dodge for good reasons, I had a few dodge vehicles before and I can can say they seemed nice until they started slowly shitting out!

The good folks here are pro Tundra for good reasons and for great reasons, longevity, quality and great resale!

If you do trade and get the Ram, you will never ever get a resale like you would on that PRO or any Tundra, if you try unload it!

Me and these are my thoughts, I would rather someone take a baseball bat and have someone hit a homer with my nuts then ever by a Dodge or Chrysler again!

but thats just me and I love my nuts to much to part with them!

    Best to you bro!

Couldn't you rear end a dump truck and take a dremel to the rear qtr panels above the wheels and essentially have the same look as a dodge?

I rarely see a dodge that isn't rusted above the rear wheels and the ride imo is less than impressive. Not to mention the rebel is the least attractive ram by far.

The lariat is much nicer looking. IMO.

Hey, I know this post was only to provoke a response but I gotta go ahead and say that Consumer Reports always dings the Chrysler products and Toyata always gets a good review.

I like bells and whistles. Assuming you will have more issues with it is like saying this:

I don't want more sex, because I could have more possible issues.

I m pro German cars but I have had Charger SRT8, Durango probably only American cars. Never had any issues. One thing we need to see is the Ratio of Ford F-150/Rams being sold yearly vs Tundras. Probability of Fords and Rams going wrong is lot more than Tundras.

Toyota is known to last long without a doubt....
