    We have a great realtor which has made it easy. The market there is as bad or worse than Texas. If you find something you like, you better move on it!

    Congrats! We're considering moving to the Boise area in the next several years. Montana is great but Great Falls is only "ok". Not bad, not good in our opinion, and there are not very many tech opportunities that pay well in Montana. It also is not the cheapest or easiest to fly out of, always 4 flights round trip back home to family in CA. Being my wife doesn't want to do full time nursing forever, I'm going to have to find something that makes better money down the road so that she doesn't have to.

    They started to build a community by me in Colorado that has an extra bay with large garage doors to store your RV etc. I would love something like that. Maybe that is going to be the new trend.

    They seem to be mostly “ranch” floor plans. Prices vary quite a bit even in our area.
