Too obscure, even for me lol. I remember seeing that title when I worked at a video store, circa 2001, though.

A form of indentured servitude seen in the later parts of the 20th century, selling overpriced candy and containing a “back room” that people rented brown paper bags from.

Added an SMA connector to the Rago dash plate to connect my handheld Baofeng to the mag mount antenna. I need to get a 12” SMA cable or pick up the stuff to make my own, but I’m also planning to get an actual mobile radio at some point and not sure it’s worth the effort. The SMA fits perfect in a 1/4” hole.

So far so good. I haven't done a lot of off roading since installing them, but overall I feel like the jarring from speed bumps and other terrain is much less.

I am of course a Durobumps dealer so take this with a grain of salt but... I love them on my truck. I can definitely tell the difference, especially up front, between the slammed door feeling of an OEM bump vs something with a little bit of sponginess.

I recalibrated my quick deflators today to 20psi instead of the random 11-17psi range that they had turned into… and then function tested the 4-way inflator now that the onboard air setup is done. Got the tires from 20psi to 38 in about 8 minutes. I need to figure out some kind of hanger for the hose since the Flexzilla ends are too big to loop through the hood latch, but other than that we’re good to go.

I need to go back and re-read your setup. It’s time for me to get a kit put together now that I’ve got my compressor installed.

I’m still kicking around routing my air compressor output to somewhere external since my compressor is under the drivers seat

If you do it, I'd recommend going with 1/4" hose instead of the 3/8 I used. It's pretty bulky. And a heads up, the compressor and fittings can get hot as hell, to the point where @BiggHertz and @TundraPHX have melted their rubber hoses and had blowouts while airing up.

external tank is nice if you need the CFMs for say air tools and/or slightly quicker inflation of smaller items. but there are a few ways to dissipate heat so you don't blow a rubber/synthetic hose. ARB has a ton of options available, just be mindful of the connection tips, NPT vs JIC...

Hose selection out of the catalog...

lol...we're referring to the fill hose after it comes off the compressor. I was waiting for my stainless hose and relocation kit to show up and decided to run without it and well...pooof!

Again no issues with the brake hose coming right off the manifold at the compressor.

I was thinking about going with DOT lines as well - anything other than rubber air hose should be fine. The DOT nylon stuff should handle the temps just fine.
