And hard to find stock and unmolested. Everyone I see for sale someone has turned it into a drag car! :annoyed:

Oh man, my first car was a 1990 fox body, 5.0 GT in white. It was totaled.

my brother had a super clean ‘93 coupe in red, chrome ponies, off-road X pipe 1-chamber flows. It was stolen and never recovered.

They need constant TLC but it works for me as a weekend warrior.
I agree. You see less and less of them. I’m telling you the mid 90s trucks and muscle cars are the next big money vehicles

True, but most aren't given the TLC. That one sat there for almost a decade cuz he was "going to fix it next paycheck" until I got tired of it. Used the roll deck from work to tow it over to his place and let him worry about it. Lol

Lol I don't blame you there. I have the other issue where I am always upgrading it. My buddies say take a break from it for a while it looks good. Nah upgrade it like I do all my truck. If I knew what year Tundra I am going to buy I would be stock piling parts already.

It was so much fun, but pretty scary.

    Mods:

34-60 lb injectors depending if the NOS bottle was on. EFILive dyno tuned (440 hp to the ground at 6000' elevation, 568 with the bottle).

102 FAST intake, 101mm TB, Cam, PRC 5.3L 2.5 heads, full exhaust with dump

Stage 3 Monster clutch, short shifter , Strange Engineering S60 rear axle, sub-frame connectors

    Full custom stereo

    This car moved!!!

Here's mine. :( 1966 Pontiac GTO Conv. 389, 4sp, Tri-Power. When i bought the car in 84 it was a nice solid original car that had an older paint job and was starting to show its age cosmetically, but it ran like an absolute beast! So i drove it for a few years then my idiot former self decided it needed a full restoration. I completely rebuilt the Eng/trans and suspension before i ran out of money. I ended up selling the project to an older guy who loved the car, and had the resources to finish it. I blame a lot of my bad decisions on youth, but this was probably the worst. :facepalm:IMG_0546.jpg IMG_0547.jpg IMG_0551.jpg IMG_0556.jpg

I dont have pics of my bug, but it was definitely the hardest thing to sell and I regret it weekly lol
1971 type 1 turbo 1776, discs all around, slammed 5" on a narrow beam. Shit would smoke most everything till about 60 lol. Fast and nimble.

Also regret selling this one. 1971 baja-ghia. Built the trans and motor and just as I was getting into redoing the suspension I gave up and got into SXS's. Realized I could've just finish building the ghia for cheaper.

I just bought The One, and ive made enough mistakes to know not to let her get away: 2011 BMW E92 M3, 48k miles. 4.0 L V8, double clutch manual tranny. Engine has nary a speck of dirt on it. Car is super mellow, until I romp it; that’s when the lion wakes up

My first vehicle I ever owned. An 88 4runner SR5 V6 5mt. This thing had a damn car phone in it when I bought it in April of 2018 2 months before I graduated high school. My plan was to get it fixed and registered before June so I could drive it to my graduation but not having any money kinda stopped that plan. it hasn't even been gone for 2 years but holy hell do I miss that truck. Best part was it never even made it to registration. I just drove it around at night after making small repairs to it to test it and find new problems. Brought it up on a few trails and it would go anywhere I pointed it. Never got the top off of it but made great efforts to peel the shitty tint off the windows and clean the hell out of the interior. As you can see it had cancer and it would've been too expensive for me to do anything with. I only bought it for $900 but I was able to turn it around for $1200 and put it towards the down payment on my tundra. Not gonna gamble on a project 4runner anymore. I will own another one day but it will be at a much better starting point that doesn't require a shit ton of rust repair. I also won't be in high school not making any money for the first 2 months of ownership.

Two I miss, first truck was a '62 Dodge pick-up I helped my grandpa fix up after sitting in his field for years. Next was my 2000 Tacoma TRD with Super Charger, and 5 speed manual. I miss passing people in 5th gear going uphill. I don't have any electronic picks of either truck unfortunately.

No pics but there are 2. first was a 1976 MG Midget that I got in 1987 that had 17250 original miles and garage kept. It was my Sr year in high school and got a hell of a deal form a family friend. The 2nd is my grandmothers 1972 Olds Cutlass. I got it in 1992 when she could no longer drive, it only had 71,000 miles. Body needed some TLC because it wasn't garage kept for the last decade but that engine still screamed.

My main regret was my built twin turbo 94 Dodge Stealth had the car for 12 years and everything redone on the car in that time.Had the opportunity to by it back a few years ago but it was trashed and couldn't bring myself to redo it again.CIMG0159.jpg CIMG0376.jpg

My 2015 Tacoma... DCSB Blue Ribbon Metallic (love that color BTW) 4x4 6 speed Manual Supercharged...

Traded it for the tundra to get an automatic to make my wife happy. By far my favorite car.

although the tundra is my favorite automatic...the creature comforts are nice.

My, bought new in 2004, Z71 pack mule. Spent more time as my hunting vehicle than a daily driver. Sold it in 2015 to a waterfowl outfitter with land in Texas and Canada. I talked to him last year and the ol'girl is still going strong somewhere in Canada. Toughest SUV I have ever owned... after a little welding. LOL Still regret getting rid of it.
