So I finished up the lift today. Got the shackles, bushings, and shocks installed. Also got the BD Squadron's installed. The leaf spring bushing on the drivers side was a bitch! Tried drilling, pressing w/ ball joint press and lots of cussing. In the end this is the tool that worked like a charm.

After getting the driver side drilled through the rubber in 7-8 spots, this pressed the center sleeve right out and I had to take the air hammer to the outer sleeve. The passenger side went much easier. Drilled it in 7-8 spots and use the puller above and the whole bushing came out in 1 piece. I must say I LOVE how the truck rides with this Boss setup! Feels so much more firm and secure...the only exception is when you are on concrete highway as opposed to asphalt, it seems to ride like a long wheel base stakebed 2 ton delivery truck bucking back and forth. Not the suspensions fault, its just the nature of stiffer suspension and concrete sectional highway at speed. Here's what the bushings look like after they were removed.

Got the alignment done last week. Just wanted to make sure this looks good as they didn't listen to me when I told them what the specs said on the TC UCA's. Truck drives real well, but it looks like the tops of the tires are leaning out away from the truck slightly. I'm hoping with wider/bigger new tires this will not look so obvious. Thanks guys!

You guys are picture whores! Hahaha...I was hoping to get a little feedback on my specs after my alignment. Looks like I have 2 likes of the posted alignment sheet and its in the green...must be good to go. Currently shopping wheels and tires, and looking for a reputable place relatively close to do a CMC.

Truck looks great! My vote would be to get those TRD OR wheels powder coated black.

An air hammer really makes the leaves and shackles easy. My neighbor helped me put my lift on, and it only took us like 10 mins to get the stock shackles off with the air hammer, we’d of been swinging hammers for probably an hour without it. My alignment numbers were pretty close to the same as well.
