It's blue and takes all my money, but seriously here is my 85 Bronco Prerunner project.
I Jsut finished rebuliding the 351w and am currently working on the extended and turned front dana 44 beams. Hoping for 19" of wheel travel with functionall 4wd.

I did i t all myself so far. It is so much cutting grinding and welding. Theres a reason shops charge about $3k for it. Here is the drivers beam all done.

I am looking at the solo motor sports kit. It’ll be a year or so before I take the plunge. I will definitely follow this thread.

Got the beams mocked up on the bronco and tires on to check clearances. So far it has 10" of travel from ride height to hittign the frame.

But fiberglass can't rust. I will say that the Fiberwerx fitment is terrible!! I would avoid them in the future.

Liking the progress man. Mine is at a standstill. Might have to upgrade from a single cab to a crew

I had one that was a project I was daily driving (I know, I know) a few years ago. Life happened and I sold it to buy the Tundra. The other half was complaining about it. She said it smelled like mold and gasoline (it did) lol. Been itching for another FSB since.

Not to much further. I have been replacing stuff that is worn out. Now it need to have rust cut out and painted but I’m holding off till I figure out if I need a crew cab or not.

love the truck though. Thought about getting my hands on a Bronco but they are going for crazy money

thanks man. It’s got rust in the usual spots but it’s a pretty solid truck. 5.8 liter too.
Just need more space and might buy a camper so I need to upgrade space. Wish me luck finding a bigger 250 without paying crazy money.
